Hey LAMS Fam!

Thank you so much for a wonderful beginning of a brand new year! I would like to encourage you to dig in and hit the ground running! Students benefit from consistent educational experiences so continue "teaching hard" everyday! Remember to ask deeper questions of your students. Students need varying questions so it is perfectly OKAY to plan who gets specific questions. Be laser focussed and target your instruction so that students leave knowing more. Let's give them our very BEST every day!

NIET EVALUATION CYCLE 
Second semester classroom observations/walkthroughs will begin the first week of February. Crystal and Gavin will communicate to each teacher regarding their specific observation schedule.


FROM THE DESK OF RITCHIE
Monday February, the 23rd, we will have a half day Spirit Day schedule. The MS girls play at 12:30 and the boys play at 1:45.  That means we will dismiss students at 11:45 to go to the gym for a pep rally and the basketball games. Your team leader will collaborate with you on the academic schedule for 7:45-11:45.
