Please note: 

1. Teachers do not need to report to the auditorium for the welcome session with parents. 

2. It might be helpful to have tonight's schedule written on your board for parents.

Period 1: 6:20 - 6:26

Period 2: 6:31 - 6:37

Period 3: 6:42 - 6:48 (7th grade Encore meet in the library) 

Period 4: 6:53 - 6:59

Period 5: 7:04 - 7:10 (6th grade Encore meet in the library)

Period 6: 7:15 - 7:21

Period 7: 7:26 - 7:32

3. We will give a 10 minute warning before the conclusion of MTT night. 

4. Report to the library at 7:32 for a quick meeting at the conclusion of MTT night.

1. Getting Tech Help

PLEASE use the tech request form. Bookmark it. It goes to all three of us and provides better tracking than any other mechanism. Please don't contact the University help desk without our approval. Please do not text requests unless it's an emergency. Tech emergencies are *extremely* rare.


2. Tech Information

This document is the best "one stop" source for Academy employee tech information. I encourage you to read it. 


3. Stats

Since August 1st, we have received 200 tech requests through the tech request form. There have been countless requests that have come through other means and countless students that have been helped. Ongoing processes have continued - machine setup,  software setup, purchasing, scheduling, programming, planning, etc. Thank you for your patience if we have not been able to get to your request yet.
