Hey There LAMS Fam ! We have made our way to the end of September and transitioned into fall!🍁 WOW! Now is a GREAT time to double check your Unit/Lesson Plans to ensure you are pointed in the right direction so that you can meet your quarterly goals. Consider your pacing and how remaining consistent will serve our children well. As we approach the end of the nine weeks be sure to: 1. REFLECT 2. RECOGNIZE 3. REINFORCE 4. REFINE These points are part of the educational cycle of continuous improvement and will support you with elevating your professional practice.  Thanks for ALL you do! Hey there LAMS Fam!  As we are going over the hump of our first full week of school, I pray that you are building stamina and that you are joyful and excited about the opportunity to pour into your students this year!  We have a wonderful group of students. They are inquisitive, eager and kind. I am excited about all the plans you have for your students and I am thrilled about the plans that we, as a school, have for our students as well. They are so happy to be here and they want to please you so I know we are going to have an AMAZING year ( Attitude is half the battle! )! Remember; manage  your circle of influence. Do not waste time or energy worrying about things that are out of your control. If we focus on the positive and be solution oriented we will have a phenomenal year!  "I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world." John 16:33 ~Crystal💜 BOOKS Let me know i...

Hey there LAMS Fam! It feels like it has been FOREVER since my last newsletter! Even though getting back to work is not quite the "highlight" of my summer, I am so grateful that I get to get back to it with some of the most amazing people I have ever met! I am thankful that the Lord has given us another opportunity to return to "The Middle" and continue this journey together.  As you can see, I am trying something new! I would like to see if this form of communication works better than my weekly email. Google owns Blogger so everything flows seamlessly together while creating this space. It's supper easy! I like it because you will not have to "hunt" for my emails. Just click on the link and it will bring you to my latest announcement. I still plan to make major updates each week, but just in case I would like to add something in between, all I have to do is add it to the blog. It will be easily accessible for teachers to see the latest news.  The offi...
